From arrival to checkout our experience was enjoyed. We were stunned to book a room with two kings, which could not have been more perfect. We were spending the night for a girl's night out and also used the hot tub and fitness center. Spent some time in the lobby around the fireplace and bar as there was a snowstorm preventing a lot of driving. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant before we checked out. Would highly recommend this location for business events, weddings, and of course an amazing girls night in.

Over the past several years we always have chosen to stay at the Hilton Polaris while visiting Columbus. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. It is within walking distance to Polaris Mall , several restaurants and stores .

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Supposed 4-star hotel. Expected more from a Hilton, and the cost associated. Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms AC did not work. Staff came and 'reset' the units. AC worked for about 2 hours. Temperature in room was so high, we had to get a box fan from the front desk at 130 am. Multiple times the staff indicated that a manager would address the problem. Not a word from the manager. Will never again book a room at this location.

When they found out that I was a Hilton Honors Gold, they upgraded my room to the highest floor and had a sofa bed. They also offered me either extra points or access to the Executive Lounge. I chose the Lounge. It had good breakfast foods.
