Just some suggestions!

The room was ok, if i were to make suggestions, I would have to say bring a extension cord, there is a corner table but no light in that corner or plugin receptacles to place one on it. One of the bed lights had a non working USB port. In the bathroom there was a non working ceiling fan and a window that didn't open. The center of the bathroom floor had a high spot that the door kept catching on, would suggest they trim the bottom of the door to clear it. The shower enclosure is dated and should be replaced soon. The shower curtain almost touches the lip of the enclosure and some water was able to run out onto the tile floor. It looks as if the owners are trying to upgrade and it is better than some of the others that I have had the opportunity to stay in and if the owners corrected the small issues they would have a very nice facility there.

What I liked was that this unit has a full kitchen in it and it was very close to Chewelah park where we had our reunion. Everything in the unit was fairly clean, however In the bathroom, the fixtures were coming out of the wall in the shower area. The bathroom sink which was a pedestal sink was not at all fixed to the wall. That whole bathroom needs a re-do! The bed feels like a blow up mattress as well as the pillow. I will also mention that we were left with a quarter roll of toilet paper and a few sheets of paper towels. There wasn't anyone to call for more, we were able to ask the cleaning gal for some the next day. Also, please replace that couch....it has more lumps than a beginners gravy.

This is an old property that evidently is being renovated. There was black mold in the shower, no table or chairs (so you have to eat, use your computer, or other tasks sitting on the bed). It took forever to get hot water. However, the beds were comfortable and the property manager was friendly and helpful. Hopefully this property will improve!

We were upgraded to the Cottage. A delightful bungelow with its own parking, well-stocked kitchen, and two very comfy beds. For those not cooking, there are nearby places to eat. We had a great breakfast at Monica's.

The website shows a lovely house, making believe that's where you would stay. Not true. The motel was less than flattering. Where to start. Floor was seeping some type of liquid, if your feet were wet. It was snowing, so our feet were wet. The bathroom has mold all around the walls and flooring of the shower. There was no hot water in the shower. There was thumping, and a very loud TV all night long in the room next door. Taylor is the owner and she said please forgive us, we are under renovation. Maybe they should have done a little more before opening the place to the public. In her defense she did try to help with the noise overnight. Sorry, we won't be back for $104 per night. There's a nice hotel just out of town, that we'll stay at next time my husband wants to ski with his friend.

Great location for 49 North

The price was great for a 2 bedroom cottage that was pet friendly. The bedding and towels were clean. You could walk downtown. My only negative is that the surrounding area is a bit muddy. I believe there are new owners that are working on rehabing the property - so maybe it is on their 2 do list.

This was a last minute booking, but it was perfect for what we needed. Pet friendly, clean room, amenities, walkable to restaurants. The check-in was easy and friendly. The parking was right outside the room. The bed was comfortable.

I think this place was adorable. Comfy beds and giant tv. Kitchen actually had nice pans and utensils unlike most hotels with kitchen with dollar store junk.

The heater was extraordinarily noisy, so we had to keep it off at night, and there were too many cleaning chemicals, which caused problems. Plus, we expected more of a kitchen. Still, it was very, very clean, and I like that respect. Nice mattress cover. All in all? Just fine for the price, but for the price one expects glitches.

Older looking hotel, but nice and clean inside the room. Checking in was easy and the staff were polite/ friendly. Easy walk to downtown as we were tired from riding our motorcycles. Parking is good. We played golf at the nearby golf course. Great course and they rent clubs!

I think this place is a hidden little gem . Close to some great hiking spots and can easily walk to some really cute restaurants and the park often has little events.
