I was not actually able to stay here although I did pay for it. The hotel wouldn't take tap pay or online pay for the cleaning deposit, and I left my debit card at home, so although I wanted to give them my money, the very rude staff refused. This should be mentioned on their site. Tap pay is standard anywhere that cards are accepted these days. And I also know from working with POS systems that the staff COULD have manually input my card number, but didn't want to. I can't help but think there may have been some discrimination at play as I was coming from my job as a server technician and my clothes looked dirty, so maybe they thought I looked homeless. There was no reason for the rudeness and hostility. Then they refused to refund my room.
