I was surprised by the hotel's appearance and the staff were pleasant. The hotel is clean and clutter free. The rooms are spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. The location is walkable to grocery stores, shopping, light rail station and restaurants. It is right off the Potrero exit so is very easy to find. The hotel serves coffee all day and has continental breafast. There is vending machine on every floor and laundry on the ground floor. I liked staying here so I extended my stay for another three days

Yes, the staff was lacking. I left and I had an outfit that was taken out of my room. The only person that had access to the room was the housekeeper and I had no clue. I had to go buy some new clothes to where I'll never stay at this hotel again. By any means other than that, the stay was okay or when there's housekeeper still in front of me. And then the manager doesn't do anything or even try. It's a wrap.
