Forest Creek Lodge is a luxury cabin located in the Laurel Highlands. Just minutes from the Yough Lake Marina and 20 Minutes from Ohiopyle State Park. Woodland setting overlooking a small creek in a quiet peaceful area. Wood fire place in the main living area, stainless steel appliances, Kid`s play room, tvs in every bedroom, Linens and Towels provided. Firewood included.

Fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials. Pots, pans, dinnerware, drip coffee pot, toaster, microwave, Gas range with oven, wine glasses, shot glasses, kid`s dinnerware and utensils, blender, crockpot.

First floor has 2 bedrooms. First has a Queen bed and fold out full size futon. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds.

Small kids play area under the staircase!! So cute for your little ones!

Upstairs features the loft with a pull out queen size couch, 65` Samsung Smart TV and full surround system. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes a King size bed, fold open full size futon, 55` Samsung Smart TV, Jetted jacuzzi tub and oversized shower.

This is a private residential area. Our neighbors expect us to maintain that luxury and respect their privacy. Please do not go outside of the bounds of our property.

Quiet times are 9pm-7am. Loud noise above normal conversation level is strictly prohibited.

The roadway leading to the house is privately owned and maintained strictly by the residents. Speed limit is 5mph. Please be mindful when driving back the lane.

There is no public transportation here. You will need your own vehicle.

This property is located down a privately owned road. The road is maintained strictly by the residents. We ask that you please not drive more than 5mph to help keep the gravel on the road :)

Also please keep in mind that this is a peaceful area and the residents prefer to keep it that way. We fully respect their privacy and ask that guests remain within the bounds of our property and keep noise levels to a minimum. Quiet times are strictly enforced.

This home is surrounded by wooded areas. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home.



Swimming Pool and Hot tub Policies: If the property that you are renting has a swimming pool or hot tub, you understand that by accepting a reservation, you release Vacation Ohiopyle, Alpine Property Rentals LLC and all owners of all claims and assumption of risk.



Please be aware, we cannot guarantee the Swimming Pools or Hot tubs will be working at every check in. We are not a resort. We send service to fix problems as they arise, however, the repair company may not be able to fit us into their schedule on the same day. These amenities are included with every stay, therefore, refunds will not be given for out or service items.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Check in and out times are strict due to the permitted use of the property.

Occupancy is strictly enforced. All persons including children shall not exceed 10 total. This includes those “just visiting for the day”.

Please remove shoes upon entering home.

No Smoking inside the house. This includes smoking out of windows.

No food or drink, with the exception of water, is permitted in the Cub’s Den play room.

Quiet time 10pm-7am. This includes playing music outside.

Extra bed sheets are available in the bedroom closets if needed. You are responsible for washing and returning them to the closet before departure.

Futon sheets can be found in the closet of the room you are staying in. They are the only sheets with a print. All other sheets are solid colors.

Sheet colors according to room:
Second Floor Master King Bed = Gray Sheets
First Floor Queen Bed = Red Sheets
First Floor Twin Beds = Navy Sheets
Second Floor Loft Pullout Couch = Tan Sheets (located in master bath closet)
Futons = sheets with pattern

Fireplace Guidelines:
- Use at your own risk
- Damper located inside fireplace on top left side, must be open prior to lighting a fire. Push up on the handle to open
- Never leave fire unattended
- Make sure fire is completely out before going to bed or leaving the house.
- Firewood and starter pieces are located outside underneath the porch facing the driveway.

Check Out Instructions
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Don’t forget the coffee pot!
- Place all towels in the washer and turn it on. Soap is provided.
- Strip all used beds and leave the linens on the floor. Please do not remove the mattress covers.
- Take all trash to the end of the driveway and place in provided bin.
- Remove food from the refrigerator and double check in drawers and under beds for personal belongings. The most common forgotten items are phone chargers, Sun glasses and socks!
- Lock all doors and windows

We strive to provide clean, comfortable accommodations to make your stay enjoyable. Please report any dissatisfaction with the property immediately upon check in.

This area is dependent on winter recreation and guests should be prepared with an appropriate vehicle for conditions. Refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations. Check out times will not change due to weather.

Like most hosts, we have full time jobs and children so we request that unless there is an emergency, please refrain from communication between 9pm and 7am.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below.

Use of Property Grounds:
You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am.
When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
Hunting is strictly prohibited on the property.
