The first room offered. Lights didnt work. The second room was better. The shower needs attention as the heads of the shower were blocked. The swimming pool was not clean. The garden is in need of lots of attention, as it is full of weeds. The place is in need of some TLC.

The room was clean but there was a very bad smell from the bathroom the shower could have been cleaned a lot better and the sink was sloping down so nothing could be placed on the sink My key didn't open the door and was given another (master) which did open it with some difficultly however I think the issue was the door lock not the key the lady I spoke to was as helpful as she could be given the situation.

The bed was confortable and spaces for a family of 4. There is no lundry but the staff washed my clothes in their lundry which was nice. Potentially prekfast option in the future.

Could not fault our stay our room was upgraded due to a faulty light, which they were waiting to be fixed. We only enquired about a new light globe but they upgraded our room without us requesting it. The room was clean and the bathroom was very well lit and modern
