Convenient for shopping & dining in the CBD. We stay here regularly while in the city, & love that we can walk everywhere.

There was no Guest Directory in the room, and therefore I had no idea what the iPad was for, which didn't work anyway. Room service was a joke (I had to call and ask if they had bread, which they didn't). A virtually non-existent mini-bar, and it seemed to run on minimal staff with very few room facilities or amenities. Not the great experience I was expecting.

Walking distance to shops, eateries & beach. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, would definitely stay here again Parking could have been closer but we think this was due to road works.

They staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable!
