Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good, fresh, good options, and nicely maintained by the server. Mattresses were firm, room was clean, new bath fixtures, and great Christmas decorations in the lobby and dining area!

It was late at night when I pulled up the Hotels.com website and quickly chose a hotel. I did not realize they could advertise a MOTEL room as a hotel room. I reserved a Non Smoking room but received Smoking room. Ugh. The smell was awful. Road noise kept waking us up. In the morning we had the pleasure of stalling marijuana fumes coming into the room from someone smoking in the hallway. Did not go down for breakfast just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. So disappointing.

The upper level floor was the absolute creakiest and squeakiest. We stayed in the 2 queen bed Suite and got little to no sleep due to the neighbors above up walking around at all hours. Staff was good, we loved they tucked in my daughters stuffed animal between nights. The hot tub needs new jets, when they are on it barely moves the water. Other than that it was an Ok stay.

OTHER THEN THE ROAD NOISE - IT WAS A GOOD STAY. I WAS CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BUILDING AND THE TRUCK TRAFFIC KEPT ME AWAKE - WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU GVE OUT EAR PLUGS ON REQUEST FOR THOSE ROOMS. I HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES BEFORE AND NEVER HAD IT BE THIS LOUD

We were put in a room at the end, road noise was very loud. The carpet seemed in need of cleaning at the least, replacing at the most, and desperately needed padding. Feels like it was just laid on concrete. Breakfast was hot and decent. Pool was indoor but pretty chilly, but the hot tub was very warm.
