The oversized master suite on this floor includes a walk-in robe and spacious ensuite, allowing you to wake up to sweeping coastal views right from the comfort of your bed. A convenient powder room completes this level for both you and your guests.



The lower level offers equally captivating views and includes a second living space which has a sofa bed ( fourth bedroom for 9 guests or more ), an additional ensuite, and another bathroom—perfect for accommodating two families comfortably.



With dual street access, parking is effortless. The property includes a double carport, parking bay, and off-street parking for up to five vehicles.
