The Space:

This delightful two-story home features a master suite on the upper level, complete with treetop vistas, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a spacious balcony that beckons for relaxation while listening to the waves of the ocean.



The open-plan design boasts tiled living areas, with a casual lounge and dining space that seamlessly flows onto a wide and inviting entertaining balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and gatherings, complete with a barbecue for culinary delights.



On the lower level, you will find a thoughtfully designed separate bathroom with laundry facilities, TV/rumpus room, internal access from the lock up garage, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a cozy workspace, third bedroom featuring a double bed on the lower bunk and a single bed above—ideal for family and friends.



The generous backyard is a pet-friendly oasis, equipped with an additional dining table and an outdoor shower to rinse away the day's beachside adventures. At Cooinda, every moment is tailored for comfort and joy, creating cherished memories for you and your loved ones.
