We were unable to visit Europe due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Ibsens was notified of this situation four months before our intended stay but they would not even consider changing the dates to next year as we had purchased a non-refundable option. Note: Many other establishments have done this. Ibsens had plenty of time to onsell our room to other visitors. When we visit next year, we will not stay here.
