High school kids were running the halls and screaming from the time we arrived (~1:30am) until I finally called the front desk at 3:00am to complain about the noise, but more-so the lack of taking action to stop it. The front desk did not handle the issue and only waited for the kids to settle down or leave. It did not quiet down until about 4:00am. It was incredibly loud for a long period and it seemed the staff either expected me to confront the teens myself or just put up with it.

Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town.
