This property was a fantastic place to start my family's month long vacation in Cebu. The vast amount of water activities were more than enough to keep my son very active for the four days we were there ( as a matter of fact its all he talked about for the remainder of the month ). My wife and I feel that the balcony overlooking the property and the ocean was very romantic and peaceful. We will be back soon and will stay with you all again!

Clean room, staff most likely will greet acknowledge your presence, several outdoor pools plus a waterpark, dining buffet is a must. Been there twice and will return. Laundry service also available. Pit falls were the shower would leak over the tub, dishes /beer bottles left at pool side from the day before.

They communicate well when it comes to airport transfer. We had to wait for over an hour for the driver to pick us up. I booked and paid online which I thought to be the best option if you don’t have a Philippine phone line. They should improve on this area. Pools were great but cleanliness on the property were not the best.

The hotel is fine. It is missing the finishing touches in every element to the rooms, dining, pools and activities. The staff are very helpful but unable to make a decision without higher up approval. Kids had heaps of fun in the water park area. Mould in the room so after many discussions, finally changed us to another room. Seemed to be a known issue with the rooms.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to their role. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great food. The staff truly make the experience special, and I would definitely stay here again.

Avoid this property. It's a zoo packed with noisy children. Not even a single pool for adults only. Everywhere you go it's noisy. Floors are slippery with no warning signs. I slipped and not a single one of the staff even came over to check ed if I was fine. Took an hour to check in. The only hotel we've been that we have to line up on everything. Long line up to check in, to go breakfast, only 2 elevators for the whole property? We end up taking stairs to the 6th floor since it's quicker than waiting for the elevator. Deferred maintenance, rooms are dirty, towels smells. Look somewhere else not worth coming to this place.

On the 2nd night of a 6 night stay we had to move rooms due to a leak after a long days excursion. All in all they had to come to the room 3 times in 6 days to fix issues (all leaks). Food was average and you could get much better for the same price elsewhere. You only get one day of the water park free with the 6 day stay at the resort. All and all I would not go back.

I booked this property for an overnight “staycation” with my nephew and his family; we had 3 small children with us; I booked three premier rooms that were well appointed, with our room facing the ocean; the property delivered five-star quality service and ticked all the boxes for a five-star resort-hotel on the island of Mactan; aqua park was a big plus for the kids and the rooftop bar a bonus for the adults; we had a ball swimming, kayaking, dining and drinking cocktails; I highly recommend Solea Resorts considering that accommodation cost is affordable and will not break the bank!
