The staff was incredible. The front desk person on the night we came was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay.

My review was a solid four until it was time to check out. I was finishing a business meeting. It was 1059. I was talking to a student who was in tears and trying to close the meeting while housekeeping banged on the door repeatedly, LOUDLY, between 11 and 1105. Very rude. Give us a little cushion when we are packing up and checking out. I was not happy With this departing experience and everyone on the way out just had a smug look on their face. Customer service is important at $150 per night. Fortunately, there are several hotels in that same neighborhood, where I can stay upon return for healthcare and other Corvallis appointments. I was loaded up and in my car by 1110. It is not like I was hanging out for an extra hour and the hotel was mostly vacant according to the parking lot; no urge for housekeeping to get in at 11 on the dot! RUDE!!!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent experience. Service was excellent, room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good as well. Only recommendation is earlier start time for breakfast.
