The lock on the door was broken, the TV didn’t work, ice machine was out of order, vending machine with drinks did not cool drinks, and the parking lot was overcrowded with no open spaces leading vehicles to double park.

This property is not handicap friendly. The parking is extremely limited and the entry (IF you don't get main floor) is only accessible (even with elevator) by going up or down 7 or 8 stairs.

Room was big and clean. I was surprised at how quiet this hotel was despite its size and the full parking lot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not bad, after I found it. Thanks for a nice stay.

The facilities themselves looked worn and in need of maintenance. The lobby was very nice and rooms were decent. Alicia, the night time front desk girl was just awesome and that is why we gave the a 4 star review overall. Price was also good.
