I had a 2 bed queen. When I showed up they had me in a 1 bed queen. Super 8 said the only way we could get double queen’s was to rebook. So we did. When we finally got a room. We went up to 205, tried the keys. They didn’t work. I went back down stairs. The front desk remade the keys. I went back upstairs. Tried the keys again. This time two twenty-something girls answered the door. They had been occupying it. The front desk gave us a room that was occupied. The spa and pool was closed by the health department. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days if not a week. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The whole process took 40-ish minutes with no bathroom. We had driven in from a 4 hour drive and needed to use the restroom. The whole hotel was dirty. With visible debris on the ground. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have their brand and name associated with such a disorganized and dirty hotel.

House keeping very bad. Towels dirty and torn 2 Towels for 4 days have to ask for it gave me only towel. Trash basket not cleaned or changed for 4 days Whay was i charged $33 WITHOUT MY approval. Not happy at all

Marginally acceptable housing

Sheets on one bed were not clean discovered only as climbing into bed for night very upsetting. Bldg & room very outdated. Sink has no stopper. Bed blanket has old cigarette burn holes in it. Unable to open window as screen is loose. Perhaps this is a bottom of the line facility.Making me nervous about other bookings I have made for this trip. Landscaping needs TLC!

I was charged for checking in online and then i had to check in again in person so i paid online for no reason. the bathroom in my room has weird black spots on the ceiling and walls not sure if that was mold but it grossed me out. and the TV didn't work. It is one of the cheaper hotels but they are still charging too much for poor conditions

Decent hotel. Restroom are not in great condition. Ours had vinyl floors in poor condition, caulking pulling far off the bathtub, very sticky sink faucet. Bed was good and room was clean.

unfortunately our room was extremely run down and not super clean upon arrival. my one other “complain” would be the fact that we didn’t have an actual blanket on our bed, so both nights i was cold! HOWEVER, the staff at this location are absolutely incredibly kind and accommodating! i brought my service animal in training with me and they were sweet about the whole situation, she’s only 10 months so she definitely still has her puppy moments lol.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I should have read all of the reviews before booking there. I left in the middle of the night when i found bed bugs. The entire place should be condemned, not just their pool and hot tub.

Where to begin. Musty room smell and hotel common areas. Light fixtures that don’t work in room. Pool closed. Extremely limited breakfast offering. Expired milk. Cream cheese for bagels had soured. Moldy prepackaged muffins. This place wasn’t the cheapest option and I would have just expected more. But the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. So it is that going for it.

Total dump. Feels like it's been used for the homeless. Key card entry on the side of building has been kicked in, so anyone can just walk into the hotel. They have a hand written sign on the window that says "don't open'. Crack heads everywhere. I got this on hotels.com, which I've had good experience with until now. Rooms may be clean but feels gross. Going to take a shower with my dog's shampoo when I get home. $100 for a double. You're getting what you pay for, or too good to be true. We got here late. Super pissed. And the bathroom floor looks like the sheriff's office floor in No Country for Old Men. I thought they were scuff marks but they are knife punctures in the flooring. Entire place smells like an ash tray. Breakfast provided was cereal, bagels and coffee.
