Homeless around hotel and occasionally in hotel. Side door where key card required was broken to allow homeless into hotel. Pool still closed over a year by health department. Elevator not working and they put us on the 3rd floor by the elevators. Breakfast could hardly be called that. The room itself had a few issues, but overall was a good clean room.
Pool closed since 10/09/24 by health department, but they still advertise it as an amenity.
Side door to the hotel, broken, homeless living outside the hotel near this door.
Homeless camping outside this sign smoking.
Woeful breakfast service and selections.

It's a run down motel and something I was not comfortable with was all the homeless around the place. Their breakfast is not very good, but it's nice of them to feed the homeless. Sorry, this is not a place for families

Quick check-in, clean room with a nice view of the river, and comfortable bed. The outside of the building makes it seem dumpy, but it seems like they are working on updating the place. The breakfast is basic… bagels, coffee, cereal.

The staff was courteous except for one guy who acted like he didnt want to speak to me But everyone else was really nice I extended my stay and I tried to show him on my phone he pushed my phone back at me and said he didnt need it older gentleman who cant hear well dont know his name but not to friendly at all

Fentanyl smokers outside the door on both ends of the hotel every morning. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the homeless side of town. Other than that it’s a cheap place to stay and coffee was good.
