Fabulous!

Such an amazing place to stay! Clean, friendly front desk and the shuttle was great, with very personable drivers. The happy had fabulous food, a great wait staff, and good drink specials!

Ok but some missteps

While most things were Ok, a few things picqued me:Check in: we arrived at 2:20, exhausted but needing to do a quick change before a meeting. We were greeted with “Your room won’t be ready till 3.” No attempt to check on the room, no concern for or situation. WiFi: most of the time it didn’t work at all or I received a notice that while we were connected to Ayer’s, it was not connected to the internet. This is in the heart of the OC, almost next door to the airport. If we had to be in town more than 1 night, I would have moved to another hotel.

Amazing but a few issues

My friends and I had an amazing experience. We loved the room, the restaurant and the garden. We just wished that the beds had been a little more comfortable and that it wasn’t so confusing to find the restaurant.
