Good hotel with large rooms. Free bags of ice & a microwave for guest use much appreciated. We booked a room with a balcony, then given a room on level 2 with a small window looking up into the car park. Returned to check in to be given the room we booked. Be aware, rooms on level 2 have small windows with either internal view or looking up to car park. Starbucks in lobby, great burger from hotel bar. Staff are friendly & helpful.

The toilet was right next to the sink, the sink was very low, the shower was very difficult to use, towels weren't fully available on arrival, stains on the bed coverings, the view from our window was looking directly at skylights, parking was difficult to use, compared to our stays at 4 other local hotels over the last 15 years I would rate the Hilton the least likely to return

Toilet stopped up twice, shower difficult to turn on. Hotel is very dated. Overall front desk was ok until I had a question, was in line with about 4 other people, 3 agents walked away, one remaining with a customer who was disputing something. Poor customer service, decision making.

Takes awhile but a nice property.

We attended a conference there. Takes awhile to get used to the various room layouts that are on various floors and wings. The hotel seems a but aged but the staff and all of the food, conference, restaurant and room attendants were over the top and more than made up for it.

Poor stay.

Not good at all. The room was absolute trash. Toilet was running when I walked into the room, dresser door was broken and wouldn't close. Loud refrigerator. The overall look and cleanliness of the hotel was poor. No room in the bathrooms to use bathroom products. For the price and the fact that this is listed as a Costa Mesa hotel, extremely poor. I will never stay here again. I did because I heard it was a nice hotel, they were wrong. I will go back to the Renaissance in Newport Beach, I wont return here.
