greeting was nightmare and absolutely out of line the way my daughter who was quiet was spoken to. if you like sleeping on slab of cement the bed will work for your plan on not sleeping…. their was sewer fly that came out of our drain … the hotel was so hot we had to turn the air on … rooms smelled funny… pool had so much chemical in it that my kid was bawling from swimming under wate and had to put ice back and several eye drops in… worst hotel stay ever

Savannah at the front desk is fantastic. She was welcoming and friendly. She offered ideas for local restaurants for dinner. Later when we had a question about the television she promptly showed up and resolved the problem with a smile on her face. Breakfast choices were good but the hot foods were lukewarm. Our room and the entire building was very clean.
