We didn’t get the room we reserved AND paid ahead for. The only reason given by the front desk supervisor was “hotels overbook all the time and we prioritize our guests based on their reward status first. Third party bookings don’t count for much.” The bathroom was filthy!

Adequate Rooms

The rooms are adequate but only have one chair and the beds are a bit hard. We had to change room after check-in for some sprinkler reason and they put us in an ADA room, which was fine, but no riverview. Desk girl was VERY helpful and accommodated some restaurant credit. The room could have had a better cleaning done as it didn’t’ look like it had been vacuumed, and we found a candy wrapper on the floor. restaurant food is great! Put $20 in the slots at casino and won $100, so it all turned out OK!

Did not being checked out and locked out of our room after the first night.. we prepaid for our stay The room was not cleaned. Comment firm Elyssa when she delivered the towels and coffee but no cups was unappreciated
