Scammers and horrible

So the stay was for three days and three nights the cleaning ladies did not come once we asked for them several times at the front desk and they never came so we did not have a room clean for three days no clean towels no clean dishes nothing so we cleaned up as best we could, and then when we left, they tried to charge us for a cleaning fee. These people are scammers

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. The view to the river room is recommended, beautiful scenery. The passage to casinos and hotels was clean.

Always a fun and enjoyable stay! Staff is great, ecspecially the gal running the breakfast area. It was very busy and she did an amazing job keeping things filled and positive attitude. Does need to have some repairs in the rooms with tubs and flooring. Otherwise great stay.

The staff was friendly. The property was clean. The pool was down during our visit, though we did have access to the pools at the neighboring properties.

Great hotel. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels because of the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotels. This stay was no different. Fast check in, rooms clean and up to date. Pool was fantastic for the kids and was spacious enough for everyone. Breakfast was average, not bad not great. Checkout was very fast as well. Staff were all polite and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Dj- great place

And down for one night for a production at the Orphium Theatre. We like staying here because it close to the theatre and the zoo. Also we always have great service. Will be back again. Free breakfast is also good.
