There are 3 bedrooms - Philadelphia Room with king bed, Franklin Suite with queen bed and the Captain's Quarters with a queen bed. 4 aerobeds with linens makes sleeping for 10 guests. Our property is for adults only and the amenities are for resident guests only. Close to hike/bike trails, Branched Oak Lake and the tourism opportunities in of Lincoln and Omaha.
