Conveniently located on the main floor, the laundry room offers easy access. The spacious primary bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Second main floor bedroom with motion queen bed and its own full bathroom. Downstairs, the finished basement includes two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a large rec room with frig and a wet bar—providing even more room for relaxation and entertainment. Sleeps 8 comfortably and up to10 by using downstairs futon and upstairs couch converts into single bed. Step outside to enjoy your shady backyard which backs up to a commons area. Great family home!

Lovely home with all the amenities! Our hosts were so helpful ensuring all of our needs were met! The beds felt brand new and were so comfortable and location was perfect for our UNL needs! Definitely will stay again!
