Disappointed
We had some issues. I was very upset could not use the TV both days. The Live TV button automatically went to Netflix and would not allow me to do anything else. I told the front desk…and said they would see if an engineer I can fix it and I never heard a word. Then we came in one night to a flood in the lobby and elevator….and lastly then we asked both days if our kids that are swimmers to get some breakfast items because they had to leave right before they started….but we were told it couldn’t happen. All this considered it was disappointing for me because we push the Hilton hotels more.
