The place is in desperate need of a deep clean. The walls/floors are covered in mystery stains and bug guts and our first room had about 15 lady bugs on the tables, beds, and the ceilings. It also reeked of smoke, cigarettes and otherwise. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but we cancelled early to stay elsewhere. As much as I was grossed out by the place, the staff were more than accommodating and apologetic about the conditions. They went above and beyond to make sure we could have a lady-bug free room. Breakfast was great and there is plenty of parking. Amazing staff and less than amazing facilities.

My 13 year old daughter literally overheard the staff’s family talk about taking pictures of his private parts. The rooms are covered in dirty velvet sofa covers. The cabinets are falling apart. It is so dirty, I wouldn’t even let my children touch anything. We left without getting a refund because sadly they said Expedia had to help and so far they haven’t done anything! Horrible experience.

The staff who checked us in was very accommodating, especially since we arrived at 4 a.m. Although early check-in didn't begin until 10 a.m., the staff member was kind enough to let us in early into the room. We were charged for an extra night due to the early check-in, but we didn't mind because the kids needed to go back to sleep.

Great place for overnight stay close to airport

We chose this hotel due to location close to the airport and airport shuttle service. Quick, easy, friendly check in. Arranged for airport transfer the next morning at 4am which is the earliest time listed, however, front desk staff offered an earlier time which was appreciated. There were multiple travelers that also used that earlier time. Because of this we didn’t have hotel breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and nice size. Would definitely stay again. Great price for a quick overnight stay.

We had an early 5:30 am flight departing from the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 4:00 am, but it wasn't very busy so the front desk clerk took us over at 3:20 am.
