A really good free breakfast for this class of hotel. Biscuits and waffles were excellent. Overall, clean and well maintained hotel for the price. I never stay in hotels over 75 dollars a night. The cons: The hallway and my room had a slight hint of an odor, maybe smoke. But it wasn't overpowering. Now, I hesitate to write this because I can't be 100% sure that room 103 at this hotel was the source, but around 24 hours after I checked out, I discovered several bites (itchy red welps) on my left arm.

We found the hotel lacking in cleanliness. There were stains on our sheet…or they were dirty. The hotel was shortstaffed, so we asked for a clean sheet set and changed them ourselves. The floors had not been vacuumed. The bedside tables had not been cleaned, toilet was not clean, dirty washcloth left on the tub surround. We were told there had been several housekeeping complaints the same night we were there. Hallways all needed to be vacuumed. Staff was courteous and our towels were clean but overall I would not stay there again.

Hotel staff was friendly and overall the property was clean. Breakfast had a great selection as well. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but that’s our only complaint.

Didn't find out there was no elevator to the 2nd floor until I checked in. I have bad knees and have difficulty. I did not see anything noting this when I booked. Bathroom area had a stinky smell like a old wet rag or mop was used. Microwave door was cracked so bad, I thought perhaps microwaves might escape if used. Decided not to risk it. Bed was ok. Water was hot. One bathroom outlet didn't work. Typical carb-heavy breakfast offerings. Ok if you're not spending much time in the room and just need a place to sleep.

The fitted sheet had on blood stains. I called to let the know and they brought me a sheet and we had to change the bed my self. There was a beer can behind the tv from a past guest.

DISGUSTING

The interior was dirty. In the lobby, there was some type of liquid on the floor, and there were ants all over it. The front desk clerk walked past it more than once and chose to ignore it. The steps leading to the second floor were covered in dirt/ debris. The room was musty. There were several "questionable" people hanging around the property. We left after less than half an hour and stayed at another hotel in the area. Would not recommend this property.

We've stayed before on our way home. Great location. Large hotel, that is pet friendly and there were LOTS of pets this time. I was very disappointed with the property though. The grass was long and not cut. It looked like it had recently been sprayed for weeds as they looked like they were dying. Another resident was told it had been sprayed. If this was the case, there was no signage to warn us so we can protect our pets!!!!! I was also disappointed that there was no fresh fruit at breakfast.
