Sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. They were apologetic and changed them. But it was also the second time this has happened. Last time, the towels were dirty and they gave us new towels. Would be nice if I could just trust that everything was clean rather than needing to ask.

My room was cleaned only one time while I was there. They only knocked in my door once to clean it and I said I will be out in an hour. They never came back. I checked in on a Saturday. Room didn’t get cleaned until I complained the following Saturday. And then wasn’t cleaned again when I checked out a week later. I expect more for this hotel chain.
