“Cerulean Getaway” is a delightful split level family & pet friendly home in Cowes just metres from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes, and a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Access to the home is via 12 steps to the front balcony. The open plan Living/Dining area (with 50" smart TV & board games) flows through to the Kitchen. Down 7 stairs from the Dining Room is a central Hallway that leads to Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower) and fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine, separate toilet & a clothes dryer located in the Carport) that has direct access to the rear yard.
Outdoor Areas
The front covered Balcony (with gas BBQ & seating for 2 pax) overlooks the fully enclosed block, which is perfect for children and pets alike. The Single Carport (with clothes dryer & foosball table) provides parking for one car, with space for an additional 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).
Please Note: There are external cameras at the home, facing the carport, front gate and front yard.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Living Room, ceiling fans in all three Bedrooms, plus there is one additional stand-alone fan and three heaters which can be used where required.

Linen
