2 storey, family home with secure back yard and boat parking. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this lovely family home is the perfect holiday spot! There are 2 lounge areas with TV's, so bring the kids too! No wifi. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and undercover deck, perfect for the dog and family BBQ's. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen with air conditioning, dining and lounge area with comfy couch. Off the lounge is a huge deck facing north. The bathroom has a bath, shower and the toilet is separate. Walking distance to the beach and main street of Cowes. There is a great park only 50 metres away. PETS ALLOWED under conditions below - must be approved and advised upon booking, will allow outside dogs only, we request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc. Pets to remain outside and NOT permitted in the house. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed with fan Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds with fan Downstairs; Bedroom 3 - 1 x double bed, with porta cot. Bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
