Website said there are 5 restaurants but that is not the case. All buffet food, lukewarm and nearly inedible except for the Hibachi option. Rooms are very small. Thatched roofs are clearly unsafe and a fire hazard. They leak when it rains. We smelled wafts of solid waste frequently throughout the day due to questionably functioning septic system and shower water smelled horrible. Only positives: staff was friendly, pools were nice and ocean was beautiful. However due to condition of room and food we would never recommend and will never return.

Love the property. If you book a superior room beware there is very loud music until 1am and you can hear the birds picking at the roof thatching. Pay for a premium room trust me on this.

We loved the beach and the ocean was great for snorkeling and relaxing. The buffet food was horrible all my kids got sick eating the lunch buffet and that ruined a couple of days for them. We ended up just sticking with fruit in the mornings just to be safe and none of the dining areas had air conditioning so you just sweat over your food the whole time. We tried to setup reservations for the Italian restaurant and couldn’t get in the whole week even though we tried on the first day and they were booked for the whole week. The Mexican restaurant was pretty good and there was no poolside service for food at all. Overall not a great experience but I’ve had worse.

Clean room, great location, good food

Wonderful resort! The food was great with many hits and only a few misses. Not sure why the reviews on food are so negative... Most of our meals were really good. The resort is clean and the rooms spacious. The private beach is huge and there is great snorkeling right off shore. It's located about 15-20 minutes south of town, so bring cab fare - about $20 USD each way. There is a Jeep rental place across the street to self tour the island but STAY AWAY from any tequila tasting, it's a total scam!

We loved the property! Hands down absolutely most beautiful beach, and for the price of a 7 days Cozumel vacation you really can’t beat it , however we arrived and had booked a none premium room , and wasn’t happy with it at all , so we went to the desk upgraded to the premium package and have no complaints after that except the food options which I knew when we booked , but will say there is a excellent family owned restaurant across the street that is literally a 5 minutes walk, they have the best homemade fresh home cooked meals EVER and their customer service is above and beyond. I would definitely return but would plan more outing for food

The room was small, but nice. We had hot water in the sink , but not in the shower. Room temperature water at best. AC was fine, extra cold. The resort was easily walkable. Not too big. All staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the food was just OK. I liked the hibachi meal the best. Pools were clean. Beach was beautiful! We had a few days were the sargassum seaweed came in, and the staff were great about trying to clean it up!

Everything from the arrival stay and departure was absolutely 100% wonderful. Dining options were great The beach and pools were clean very picturesque. Huge shout out to the staff you guys are awesome. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the AC in the room. I definitely recommend also a top contender for repeat vacation spot.

The best Irish coffee I’ve ever had!

This place had very limited options to eat at buffet. They don’t allow you to make reservations at their specialty restaurants. They only allow you to eat at one restaurant your entire stay. The buffet definitely did not cater to kids as they did not have food that they would eat. The restaurant also does not have air conditioning so you are sweating the entire time. Our room did not have a working fridge and a/c was very poor. I would not stay here again as we spent way too much money to be disappointed. Also the service could be better. The hostess were not very friendly. So if you are looking for a place that has decent food and a place that is comfortable then this is not it. The only positive thing I can say was the beach was very nice and we were able to enjoy that as they try to keep seaweed clean.

The beach is beautiful. Beach/pool chairs are always available. The breakfast buffet is great. The lunch and dinner buffet needs improvement. There are too few options to choose from.

Beautiful beach. Food was good, except the Mexican specialty cuisine, same as main dining room. Asian specialty was exceptional. The A\C did not seem to be working in our room, it was hot!!!
