The property is very well maintained and beautiful. Loved that it was quiet and the staff was extremely nice! The only downfall was that to get checked in was terrible waste of time, only one person working. Long wait just to find out the room was not ready. Then to return and have to wait yet another hour just to finally get checked in with once again only one person checking in guests. But over all great property

My Mother & I came for 7 days. Loved that is was only 2 stories, like bungalows. Such as beautiful grounds, kept up green, flowers. Loved to be able to walk the grounds nice and open and big. Beach access was amazing, and could also venture off the resort along the beach an walk. Onsite Snorkeling from the Dive Shop with Alberto's was amazing!!!! Room service cleaning was terrific! Front desk was helpful, food was good lots to choose from! I definitely want to come back! This was my 2nd time in Cozumel . . . October then back this April! So much to do and see! I would like to give a shout out to some amazing staff that made our trip extra special - Omar, Luis, Cristian, Alfredo, Santa:Rosa, Martha you all were so amazing, fun, smiling! Thank you so much There is only one thing I would suggest otherwise perfect vacation - beach access when tide brings in seaweed on shore would be great if you would be able to rake the sand, and bag up or pile up and clear at least 10-20 ft. Thanks so much I will be back!

I did enjoy the oriental restaurant. The staff and chef were great. I enjoyed Entertainment hist Angel. He made karaoke a blast. What I did not like was our room became flooded with sewer and toilet water (we were asleep and it was approximately730am). The front desk staff told me to wait 2 hours to get reassigned another room. This was not a priority. And the animals were in the dining area when the food was out. I would not stay there again

We had so much fun on this resort. Went with our 16 year old. Food options were good and the staff was great. You will need transportation to reach the resort and town is too far to walk. A taxi from the ferry was only $20 Canadian. The taxis park right outside the ferry terminal and the hotel always has them close to site. This resort was affordable and very beautiful. We loved it and will be back!

Give it a try, but dont expect too much.

Allegro is worth the price. The service was great and the resort is kept spotless. I even enjoyed the fun day time activities by the pool. The Japanese is the best of the restaurants. Never tried the Italian due to previous reviews. The buffet is okay for dinner. One night was a no go but found something to eat, the other nights were just fine. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are small but spend very little time in it. The beds are hard, which was a little uncomfortable. All in all, a great resort for the $250 a night rate.
