Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym for the first day. It is a nice facility. It was closed for the remaining of my trip( renovation?), but I was able to run outside early in the morning . Felt like a very safe island. Cozumel is beautiful and we have zero complaints about this resort. Thank you

This resort was absolutely amazing! From the welcome refresher drink at check-in to making us feel like family the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every request. The resort itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. We loved the snorkeling and paddleboarding options—snorkeling right off the dock, we saw incredible fish! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Food service a 10. Room upgrade and free credits BS… Room view was AC unit. Spa credit was good for 1 Message then taxed in cash. Resort credit good for hats 😂. And then taxed.

This resort truly is all inclusive. My husband and I were able to snorkel every day of our stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at 5 all-inclusive hotels within the last year. Given that, this is by far the best! Wonderful food, amazing location and the best hotel staff EVER!!

Cozumel Palace is visually nice. The staff (up front) are all trying to get over on people. Once you walk in they greet you, hand you a drink and carnation then as soon as you get to check in they tell you about how you are in a category and that you can upgrade for only $95 (they fail to say a night). We got into our room (that was booked online a month in advance) and it’s the very first room on the ground floor. The room didn’t look very clean and it just so happened to be a handy capable room. This would have been great if we needed it but that was not the case. When we went to the front to ask for a different room, they were very rude and said they had nothing for us. We were not happy and let them know we did not want to stay in that room. All of a sudden they had something, but wanted us to pay an additional $380 to move up.

This property was beautiful. Everything you could imagine right there at your fingertips. The staff was as so nice all the time, all the time. They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Such a wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this resort was ! The staff was the shining stars from the moment we got there we were catered to from the room cleaners to pool concierge to waiters and waitresses . Place was not a big party place but was great with evening entertainment. All restaurants were great and swimming in front of place was crystal clear . We never left resort . It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a while . We have been to Cozumel now, five times and it was by far our favorite! Aminda was our cleaner she was outstanding and Evan and Victoria in Italian restaurant were great . Giant pepper grinder was hilarious I thought I was being pranked!
