Sitting area in lobby welcoming and beautiful. Bars have a fun atmosphere. Entertainment was good when it was offered at outdoor stage. Indoors too hard to see, really need an elevated stage. Rooms very nice no complaints. I was excited to try the variety of restaurants advertised at this hotel, but every night in our group it seems that food was subpar. Food was cold or undercooked and if you did order a second meal to be delivered it took 30 minutes. I would not say that the restaurant experience was very good at all. Serving cold food to guests is really displeasing I would not want to return as some of our friends got sick. Inconsistent restaurant quality with food is a big concern it's not about the menu but the food temperature. No one seemed to care when you sent food back because it was cold and bloody in the middle still. Food is my biggest complaint as it is a large part of choosing the all inclusive plan. Even a menu change will not change how the food is being sent out of the kitchen Cold! Cobblestone walkway through the complex is not handicap, cane or wheelchair or high heel friendly. No menu at snack bar so you have figure out what is available. Advertised chicken wings and fries at the snack bar but none available anywhere. No Expedia VIP extras were honored the front desk acted like they didn't know what you were talking about as far as upgrades. Hot tubs are not heated very cold, very disappointed in everything but the snorkeling and the sunshine!
