The Hotel is amazing. The staff are all very friendly, gracious and accommodating. We would highly recommend it to anyone going to Cozumel. The island is beautiful. The weather was perfect. The menu was good and could be enhanced with some other entree selections, such as chicken or beef options. The bourbon selection could also include some more options. Overall a terrific stay and we will definitely be back.

Very nice clean property, with a lot of amenities, Nice beach . Staff was amazing .. Was disappointed in food at buffet..They did a very good Breakfast, Lunch and dinner main courses were often cold and not very good. On site restaurants were hit and miss, had a few great meals and some lousy ones. Several people did approach us and others inquiring how to improve our stay..

Gerardo was our concierge. He was outstanding. Diego, Ian, Arturo Willian, Santiago, and many other bartenders/servers worked hard to make our stay amazing. Zoe was a very very sweet soul to me. Dr Diego and his paramedic were also very amazing. The service at this resort was just top notch. I had an amazing time. I will be back!!!

Beautiful property, helpful staff. Beach area is well maintained. Breakfast buffet is good, lunch and supper buffet options were lacking. Recommend making reservations for the other restaurants on site as soon as you arrive as they have limited availability. The staff in ever area were fabulous! We will be back.

A cute quaint property that reminds you of a Spanish villa. We really enjoyed Melia verses some of the larger all inclusives. Even the young adults in our group enjoyed the fact that there wasn't a constant "fun squad" throwing a party 24/7. Great family property for all ages! We had every age group covered, the kids, teens, parents, aunts, uncles & G'parents!!

A beautiful first resort experience. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming to my husband and I. The room and ground were cleaned daily and the beach was beautiful. Also there were many food options for all dietary needs which I appreciated! Will definitely stay again and recommend.
