The helpfullness of the staff really made our stay special. We received the right amount of attention. June is not the busiest time of year so the level of privacy was even higher than we expected. Our daytime walks on the beach were really special and at night we saw a few sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand. We made sure to plan our days around the hot summer conditions, using the ocean breeze to help offset Ventanas' night time-only air conditioning. The "do everything" service from Daniel was top notch. The food was very nice, the pool was always crystal clear and the daily maid service was excellent. We will definitely stay again...maybe every year.
