Staff are a credit to the hotel and spa, everyone we came across was polite and friendly. Special thanks to Nicole for the most amazing massage and for organising all our treatments. Our room was clean and spacious, toiletries good quality. We had breakfast and an evening meal in the restaurant and can highly recomend both, would just avoid the pies, all we could taste was salt, everything else was perfect, including the service.
