The space
A perfect location for adventure & relaxation. Enjoy beautiful beaches where you can choose from an epic surf break at Marbella beach or a quiet & relaxing tropical beach at San Juanillo’s two adjacent bays. Ostional is within close proximity & is a wildlife reserve for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtles who come to nest from August through December.
Casa Bella, a modern home, is located in the Gated Community with Armed Guards and 24 hour surveillance in the hilltop community of Condominio Lomas Del Sol. Condomino Lomas Del Sol is located in the remote and rural town of Marbella.

The home has a private pool, living room, kitchen area, and 3 bedrooms where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every afternoon from your private patios.

There is a large covered patio and yard/garden area with a BBQ grill awaiting your daily catch of red snappers. Or you can visit the artisanal fishery at San Juanillo Beach, about 20 mins away from the house.

The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. It has direct access to the rear yard/garden area where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a nice view.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom located just outside the room.
The third bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds with a TV.

For the additional guests, there is a queen size sofa bed in the common area.

The kitchen and living room share a common area next to the main terrace with access through the sliding glass doors to your very own private pool area.

Internet TV is available in all bedrooms and in the common area, as well as dedicated air conditioning units in every room.l

Other things to note
A car is recommended, 4x4 is not required, best practice is to do grocery shopping before coming into the beach areas of Santa Cruz, Tamarindo, or Nosara. The beach is within walking distance but ample secure parking is available at the beach. Please web search the area and get a good feel for distances to other beaches and attractions.
