Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful fruit in the breakfast buffet and plenty to fill a person before trips and sightseeing. The staff provided a lunch bag on a day we had to leave early. The hotel is decorated in keeping with the architecture. The beds were comfy and shower powerful. A balcony allowed us to feel part of street life while relaxing. I would stay again if returning to Cusco.

Este hotel es tu mejor opción. Es súper central a restaurantes, tiendas y tours. El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado si tienes tour temprano te dan un box de desayuno para el camino. 3 rooms in 4 nights! They kept changing our room but we did like our first one although it was on the 3rd floor! No early morning hot water, hair dryer not working, burnt out light bulbs, no gas to cook breakfast 1st morning, no elevator, limited access to electric outlets, noisy 3rd floor room overlooking lobby! This hotel is great as it's very close to the central and extremely clean. The staffs have been accommodating our needs as laundry service, luggage storage, and late check-in & early morning check-out. Highly recommended!

talk about history! walking into this place - STUNNING! BEAUTIFUL! i thought i booked a two story room but we just got a single floor with three beds - it was a stunning space but the bathroom was extremely tiny and the shower pressure sucked. there is a salon downstairs so we all had our hair washed there. the unlimited tea in the lobby was fabulous and so nice to snuggle in the lobby at night at the end of the day. everything was clean and the staff was very kind - some knew english better than others. location of the hotel was impeccable. steps away from plaza d'arms and saqsaywaman. my friend used the massage services located in the lobby and she loved. would highly recommend this place.

Just a 4-minute walk to the Plaza De Armas — very convenient for tour pickups at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. I arrived at 6:30 AM, and the staff kindly offered us the buffet breakfast and stored our luggage. We walked around the Plaza and returned to the hotel at 11 AM, and they allowed us to check in early.

The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. Great location near good restaurants, shops, and festivities. It was a little disappointing that the shower didn’t drain correctly, but those things happen and it was a plus that hot water seemed readily available. Overall, a good stay towards the end of a three week trip in the Cuzco region.

Loved the hotel . It’s very charming and convenient to walk everywhere. The views are simply breathtaking .Staff is amazing . Property is well maintained . Gham at the front desk was simply the best. He made sure we were comfortable . He is running around everywhere making sure all guests are taken care of. I want to be back someday !
