Nice old mansion restored to provide a unique stay. The standard room we booked and were offered was a small room right beside the front desk which I believe would be a bit noisy at times; however, we chose to upgrade to a room upstairs that was larger and quite nice. Breakfast was served in a quaint main floor room with eggs made to order. Hotel is very close to the main areas you will want to visit and staff even provided a box lunch when we left for an earlier tour to the sacred valley.

Very unique space. Staff were great, great location as it’s very close to a lot of popular places/attractions. Hotel is old so can be quite noisy, water takes awhile to warm up for showers. No elevators.

The interior design of the hotel was traditional. Our room was huge, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was centrally located to the pickup points to the different tours. I also loved it that everything was conveniently located nearby: laundry service, convenience store, supermarket, and pharmacy. I availed of several massages at the massage spa located inside the hotel. I want to make special mention of the fruits they have available at breakfast buffet: mangoes, papaya, passion fruit, melon, and even gooseberry. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

The staff was amazing, they would pack us breakfast before we leave for a very early pick up from the tour group. The location is great! Walkable to the market, old city center. But after coming back from a 4 day hike, stairs to our room was the last thing we want to navigate. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have any elevator and you have go up flght of steps. The hotel have a charm to it. bathroom are tight, floor and stairs are squeaky. Overall, I would stay in the hotel again.

We had a great 6-night stay at the Casona Corrales! Our trip to Cusco started off with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful top floor room with a small balcony overlooking the street below! The staff was very attentive and helpful whenever needed. They were even kind enough to have breakfast packed up to-go for us on our early morning expeditions! I used their laundry services at a very reasonable rate of 10 sols per kilogram (~ $15 US for 10lbs), and it came back clean and fresh. Another plus was the complimentary tea selection available with multiple varieties that help with elevation sickness, digestion issues, or just wanting a better, more relaxed night's sleep! Thank you for such a great stay!
