Hotel is located to a lot of the popular tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, markets, etc. Room was clean and in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful - even waking up at 3am to send you off with a pack lunch to Machu Picchu. Only minor drawback was hot water in the shower was sporadic.

Steps from the Plaza de Armas. Beautifully decorated lobby and bedrooms. Hotel staff was always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in every way! Location is perfect right in the center, easy walk everywhere. It’s beautiful inside - stylish, cool, and room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Gham was great during the day and helped us with recommendations, drinks, and booking a good price for a van. At night Will was so nice and patient when we needed some things late at night too. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have been more. Highly recommend

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful fruit in the breakfast buffet and plenty to fill a person before trips and sightseeing. The staff provided a lunch bag on a day we had to leave early. The hotel is decorated in keeping with the architecture. The beds were comfy and shower powerful. A balcony allowed us to feel part of street life while relaxing. I would stay again if returning to Cusco.

Este hotel es tu mejor opción. Es súper central a restaurantes, tiendas y tours. El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado si tienes tour temprano te dan un box de desayuno para el camino. 3 rooms in 4 nights! They kept changing our room but we did like our first one although it was on the 3rd floor! No early morning hot water, hair dryer not working, burnt out light bulbs, no gas to cook breakfast 1st morning, no elevator, limited access to electric outlets, noisy 3rd floor room overlooking lobby!
