The Inka Lam is well located for a walking tour of Cusco. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable.

Expedia has check out 10am already early but hotel says 9am! Noisy construction NO hot water for shower! Staff kind. But water and noise and 9am! Bad deal

I am not one to leave reviews, but there was not one good thing about this hotel. To make matters even worse…. There is a club right in front of the hotel open 7 days/week and you won’t be able to sleep. Also, one of the nights we got back at 11pm from one of our day trips and they lock the front doors so there is no way we can go inside unless the receptionist opens up…. Well, we were locked outside in freezing weather for about an hour!!! We kept buzzing, banging on the door, and calling the hotel during that whole time. It took a little over an hour for the receptionist to get up from his nap to come open. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
