We've spent a lot of time in Cusco over the years, and this hotel is a place I will come back! The staff was all wonderful. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect...within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, San Blas, and all our favorite restaurants. Yet once you're inside, you don't hear the noise of the city, it's incredibly quiet and restful. Our room was perfect for our family of four. And the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding - coffee, fresh juices, fruits, vegetables, eggs, pastries, jam...everything you could want. At breakfast and at the front desk, the staff was attentive and willing to get us anything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back!

I booked Maytaq Wasin Hotel at the last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent and the service from every staff member was incredible. The hotel is right in the historic center, so I was able to walk to several major sites with no problem. The hotel was great, good location, minutes from Plaza De Armas and San Blas, many shops and restaurants, cafes on the same street. Rooms are good, I liked the TV with many channels options. Reception will do anything to help, they provided me with Power adapter, helped me with spraying the room after windows left open for a long time, helped with information, carrying luggage, etc. always welcoming guests with a smile. I don’t want to forget to thank Flavia from the kitchen, she was really awesome in welcoming everyone genuinely to the breakfast every morning. Thank you for the nice stay.
