I really liked my room..nice lighting, kitchenette, good ac nice shower! The entrance lobby and the building are in serious need of a renovation...tiles are falling off the walls, and the pool itself was clean, but the area around was overgrown with weeds and not taken care of...very nice young people running the show!

The property is located in Korean area, most restaurants and stores in the area are Korean. The property is not what expected. The hotel reception is almost absent, feels like u checking in into a restaurant. Was very weird. The pool is very outdated, not as pictures at all! Dirty, moldy, old. The choice of food is limited to Korean only. Room is cleaned every 2 days which is not great as if you go to the beach then the room is fool of sand for 2 days. There is no pool towels or beach towels… there’s no staff as you do everything on the app. Not recommending.

Great place good location. It wasn't loud and could easily sleep. Great amount of space. Would say I wouldn't mind the option of a better quality laundry than just by the weight. Staff super friendly including the night guy. Bar downstairs is cool. Honestly ideal would happily stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. The best part is the staff in cafe! They are all helpful and kind and the food is delicious. I highly recommend staying here if you like quiet streets, Korean food, a sense of luxury.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful and nice. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the roof deck was under repair but otherwise didn’t affect the rest of the hotel. I would recommend them to be more obvious on Google map because they have a very good restaurant and it’s not advertised.

Had an amazing stay at Livie. The staff reached out to me a few days before my check in to see if i needed help with anything and they were so polite and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my luggage reached my next destination while we were on a day trip to Ba Na Hill. Our only regret was not staying there longer. One of the best places we stayed in, during our Vietnam trip. Highly recommend Livie, just blindly go for it 😁

What to say, everything was nice. We were greeted by their cheerful golden retreiver "Ah mei". They had a pond nearby the lift with Koi. While waiting for the lift u can feed the koi fishes! They had filter water in the room so u dont need to be wasting money to stock up mineral water bottles. Small mini kitchen which was useful to cook our supper. Their toilet was clean and the shower water was nice and warm. They had room slippers which was not thin and made out of cloth material but rubber instead. So comfy that u may forget to wear ur shoes when u head out. I felt asleep immediately on the comfy bed. Balcony was great with the plants around. The receptionist was helpful to translate information to our driver. Oh their korean food, the noodles and egg was delicious. I had a memorable stay there. Just loving the hotel which had a lot of positive vibes.. It was worth the money.. No complaints.. :)

Wonderful hotel with wonderful people

It was our first family trip to Vietnam and we were looking for something with a local vibe, that is different to the typical hotel chain. We decided on Bella because of the interior. It was a smaller hotel but we wanted to take a risk. It did not disappoint and we were extremely happy to stay at this place. When we arrived to the hotel later in the evening, we were greeted with a welcome drink and fresh fruits. It was a wonderful welcome and we met the super adorable dogs the whole week, especially Booboo. My kids loved walking around the neighbourhood with Booboo. The whole week we stayed there, we took a ride around town using their free bicycle, we walked to the beach when it was sunny, and just used Grab to go all over Da Nang city. We used their car service also to go to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills. They have both western and local breakfast with a fish pond in the middle of the space, which is pretty nice. My kids loved feeding the fishes too. I love their ice coffee in the morning and Pho for breakfast. I wish the Pho could be everyday. Overall the room was great, clean, spacious, with a relaxing balcony. TV was nice they had plenty to choose from. We had the foot bath at night when we're super tired. What makes the place special is the people there. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. You can see they're trying their best to go over the top with the service. We will definitely come back again here next time. I highly recommend it! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
