Easy check in, good room, excellent breakfast. Hotel is quality and staff well trained. Only thing I'd like to see done different is the strobe on the smoke detector, strong blink every 15 seconds or so in a dark room was hard to take. Great hotel, will return.

Room in serious need of a refurbishing. Carpet was stained heavily and smelly. The air con was blowing smelly moldy air. Wallpaper was derelict, and mold on the shower walls. It's such a pity as the hotel location is great at the more quiet end of the long stretch of beach. The facilities have just been mismanaged for too long. It's a 2 star hotel at best in it's current condition.

Some of the rooms had a bad/weird smell. Check in was late and the communication wasn’t great. Gym was nice. Elevator was slow. Lots of big families staying. Wall wasn’t very sound proof. Staff did their best, and was very helpful. The hotel is very big and busy.

Everything was great the view from the room was awesome!! The hotel amenities were awesome including the pool and the gym. Directly across the street from the hotel was a path to get to the beach. Unfortunately that area of the beach was filthy with litter l this was the biggest turn off.

Somehow all together outdated. The impossible to deal with were the elevators . So slow and busy. The staff was very good, the view was excellent. The beach is self is an average beach, no clue how and why it was apparently rated one of the nicest in Asia ... No bad value for money.

Room was fine, most of the staff were a bit lazy. A lot of standing around staring at their own iPhones. We stayed a week, the food at the hotel was horrendous! The room service was even worse. Our food orders were always wrong when delivered to our room, had to make 2/3 attempts every time we ordered something. Exhausting having to ask staff just to do their actual jobs and always expecting a tip. Spent $42 M dong here, I will never go back. PS: online this hotel is ranked 5 stars and claims it’s a 5 star luxury hotel UPDATE: It definitely is NOT 5 stars.More like 2. The website is very misleading. Last: WAY TOO MANY INDIAN visitors. These folks were rude to everyone, caught cooking their own food on small gas stoves in their rooms, horrifically LOUD and dirty. The was zero respect for the Vietnamese culture/ traditions by these particular travelers.
