What a lovely and central place Moon has here. She really goes out of her way to make you welcome - so do her staff. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was big enough for me….it would be big enough for two. I will book the penthouse when I come next time. I had a Quick Look at it and it looks GREAT!

Staff at Full Moon gave excellent service, and tried at all times to fulfil our needs. We are already planning to return next year for at least a month. Special thanks to Moon and Haley who went over and beyond, with Moon even driving me to government offices to deal with visa issues. I stayed for two nights in the Premier Studio with 1 Queen Bed and a Sofa bed, Pool View. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit away from the old town, which made for very peaceful nights and great sleep. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was particularly pleased to find a Japanese-made toilet installed. As a Japanese person, this was a very welcome touch. Overall, the quiet and relaxing environment, along with the attention to detail in the amenities, made for a very satisfying stay. I would definitely like to stay here again.

방이 넓고 쾌적하며 청결합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 침대가 훌륭합니다. 다만, 건물 옆에 운동구장이 있는것 같은데 아침 일찍 운동하는 사람들로 인해 소음이 조금 있어요. 그리고 닭울음 소리도... 그리고 침실에 Exit 간판 불빛을 소등하거나 없애는 방법으로 개선이 필요해요. 빛에 예민한 사람들은요. 그것 빼고 나머지는 전부 다 만족해요. Ancient town고 가까워요~ 기회가 되면 다음에 또 머무를게요!

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, il faut compter 25 minutes à pied pour atteindre le vieux quartier. L'hôtel et les chambres sont très propre avec une piscine 👍

Points positifs : Bon.accueil. Appartement de bonne taille. Dressing pour les vetements. Douche top mais pas de rangements dans SDB. Le personnel essaie de contenter les demandes malgré la barrière de la langue. Points négatifs: Seule la personne de la réception parle anglais. PDJ bien mais commence trop tard (8h) nous sommes partis à 7h le dernier jour sans rien n'avoir de l hotel pour le PDJ. CBruits venant du cours de tennis à côté de l'hôtel (à partir de 6h du matin!!) Insonorisation à revoir Problème avec la plaque electrique . Prises electriques desactivees au niveau du tableau électrique. Beaucoup de choses à améliorer...
