Overall it was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff friendly and helpful. I had a deluxe ocean view room, and the view was gorgeous, and the room large. By western standards the price was great for an ocean view. The location is separated by the beach by one road (make sure you watch videos on how to cross a street in Vietnam). The hotel bills itself as a five star but it’s at most a 4 star hotel. The rooftop bar was extremely underwhelming, with a small selection of beers and wine, and no bartenders. I visited a nearby 4 star hotel that had a great rooftop bar. - Pros: Clean room Good breakfast included Great value Great views Large room, with king size bed - cons Not really a 5 star hotel Rooftop bar - skip it completely

He stayed in the executive suite, so my review is based off of that. It was awesome! We had a fantastic view of the ocean, and a HUGE room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is walkable to food spots and not too far from the Dragon Bridge. Loved the night market too. The staff was great, and property was worth staying at. Loved it!

The roof bar advertised in the lift and room is not for couples or families, it’s a talking bar so only suitable for certain clientele. Overall the hotel was in a good location and clean, more sunbeds are needed and room cleaning needs to be earlier on in the day.

The hotel was really good. The breakfast was really bad. Not at all tasty and the indian cuisine options weew not indian at all. If you really want to put india , please hire a indian chef, else a lot of indians will go away

The room, location, condition are all amazing. Except at checkout staff tried to charge us $116,000 VDN for a missing face towel!! First of all, at the last cleaning they never provided the face towels. secondly, at least find something more substantial to accuse us of stealing rather than a 5x5 face towel. Thirdly. A face towel is maximum around $1 not $5!!! Lastly to the Management, it is a disgrace and pure embarrassment that a hotel of this caliber is looking to Nickel and dime guests for a face towel Please re-evaluate your policies as this won’t fly with your higher-end luxury travelers from the U.S at all!

We chose this hotel as on paper it had everything we as a family wanted. Bar, ground floor swimming pool, restaurant and central location. Our room was on the 8th floor and was enormous, we had a suite and had plentiful of room so can’t fault the room apart from inadequate sound proofing. We were woken early on a number of days by the daily aerobic exercise class on the beach outside which had a loud speaker cranked up to rock concert levels. This was annoying but not a deal breaker for us. The reason we didn’t rate the hotel was more to do with customer service. The hotel advertised that it had a bar which it does I think on the 12th floor. I took my family there one night at around 8pm for drinks and were made to feel unwelcome by the staff. It became apparent that the bar was being run by a Korean firm ( not the hotel) and unless you were Korean you were not welcome. They grudgingly served us one drink and we quickly left. The pool bar was also a joke as staff seemed to be abit annoyed that we would dare ask for drinks. I would rate this hotel higher but only once there has been some staff training in customer service. Until then we would not recommend or return to this hotel if we visit Da Nang again.

Great location, across from My Kye beach and close (walking distance) to make restaurants and eateries. Decent size room (twin sea view), very nice view of the sea and also views up and down the beach (from our room on the 16th floor). Breakfast was very nice (6am-10am). Hotel staff were very courteous and pleasant.

We were only there for one night, got upgraded to the sea view room on the 20th floor. The room was great, very comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes for different cultures (plus a great view of the beach). Both check-in and out were easy with no issues.
