Good quiet 4 star resort on the beach

Pros: Space, accessibility facilities
Cons: Some of the ocean view rooms probably were just that when it was built but trees have grown to block the view on some rooms.
Location: Quiet location at end of strip, need to get taxi to nightlife and restaurants or hotel shuttle to city or Hoi An
This quiet spacious resort next to the beach is very comfortable with 2 nice pools and beach views from some rooms. It's good for mature travellers as there are lifts,ramps and walk in showers and the pools are accessible ! Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast had variety each day.its at the far end of the beach strip so if you are looking for nightlife you will need to taxi it to where the bars and restaurants are. Resort prices included tax and VAT, what you see is what you pay.

Dated and unkept!

Not international 4 star resort! Predominantly local tourists. Grounds not well maintained. Ant nest's in our bathroom, and shower flooded each time used. Pulled covers back on our 1st night to find the made bed covered in sand. Ocean view from our room was lovely, though the resorts free wifi didn't extend across the entire resort grounds (main building only). Free daily transport service to Da Nang and Hoi An was great as the resort is about 30-40 min drive from either city. Restaurant service was friendly but very slow, food average.
