The staff at this property were amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and to help when one of us was unwell. Our room was huge! The enormous bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was great and was very cheap. The food was plentiful and delicious. It’s an easy walk to the lantern boats, Japanese Bridge, night market etc but is a fair way from the beach (shuttle bus provided).

The breakfast was decent and changed everyday. The AC was very loud and vent so strong even on the lowest setting you had to sleep without it. The bathroom shower was dirty and moldy and looked like the grout had never been cleaned. The room was small and tight.

Exceptional Service and Comfort with Great Food

Incredible service, the hotel is in excellent condition, and the staff is very friendly. The Vietnamese massage is one of the best. Very good food and centrally located.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel due to the well-trained staff and the property's immaculate cleanliness. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a truly relaxing experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. They make a point of asking if everything is to your satisfaction and anything they can do to make better, is also a genuine concern for them to make sure your stay is perfect.

It was rainy during our stay, and water leaked through the balcony doors. Other than that, the staff was great, good price on laundry and massages, which was very good. The rooms are on the small size, and the river that runs across the front is just a narrow branch of the bigger river. We enjoyed our stay.
