Al entrar en la habitación que habíamos reservado hubo problemas de limpieza. Las instalaciones en general están viejas y deberían mejorarlas, pero la habitación estaba sucia, con manchas, restos en los baños, mucho polvo… lo dijimos en recepción y nos buscaron otra habitación, que aunque era de calidad inferior al menos estaba limpia. Nos devolvieron la diferencia que eran quizás 6€? Bueno. La cuestión es que el personal fue amable y nos lo resolvió. No obstante, tal como están las instalaciones y la calidad del desayuno (flojita), no repetiría. Creo que hay muchas mejores opciones. Por respeto y ya que nos lo resolvieron no voy a subir las fotos que hice a la primera habitación 👍

Schönes Hotel in Da Nang, dass fußläufig zum Strand und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

새로 오픈한 신설 호텔 아파트.

새로 생긴 숙소라 모든 시설이 깔끔한 편입니다. 특히 전자제품 에어컨 티브이 등이 신제품인듯 합니다. 위치도 한식당 거리, 해변 등 도보 5-10분내 가능하고 근처에 현지 로컬 식당도 두곳 있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 예약했던 방이 꽤 넓었었는데 비가와서 방에 머물때 운동할수 있을정도로 공간이 넉넉했습니다. 6층이었고 발코니도 갖추어 시내에 위치한 숙소 치고는 개방감 있습니다! 1월 날씨가 선선하여 내부 1층에 수영장 이용을 못해본게 아쉽습니다. 내부에 꽤 넓은 수영장이 있어서 소수 가족들이 놀러와서 이용하기도 좋아 보입니다. 방에 주방도 간이로 있어 간단한 음식도 조리 가능했습니다.

호텔스닷컴에 리뷰가 없어서 구글에서 검색, 확인된 레뷰를 보고 조금 불안한 상태에서 숙박했습니다. 새로 지은 호텔이고 그래서 가구, 침구 등의 상태가 좋습니다. 다만 전체가 완공된 상태가 아니라 조금 어수선 합니다. 해변까지, 그리고 용다리, 야간시장등이 다 도보로 가까워서 이용하기 편했습니다. 밤에 도착하는 비행기로 가성비 있게 일정 연결하기 좋은 호텔입니다.
