Solid place to stay. Cramped and a little stuffy, but otherwise excellent. Service is top-notch. The breakfast is solid. The area is excellent. I would recommend it.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Location is perfect. You can walk within minutes to shopping little stores, restaurants and main touristic attractions. Breakfast is wonderful, with fruits, cheeses, cold cut, different kind of breads, eggs made to order, salads, and local hot meals with chicken, rice and vegetables. Staff was very kind and helpful. We definitely recomend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The exterior and common areas are clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really lovely and included pho, omelets, cold cuts, lots of fruits and breads/pastry's.

Staff was excellent. Welcome drink and someone helped us with our bags to the room. Breakfast was incredible! Pool was nice but not a ton of sun due to the location. Would recommend.

The hotel was in a great location and offered good value for the price. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. There were no toiletries provided such as shampoo or conditioner, which was unexpected. The TV only worked via an app, which was confusing to use. Also, the air conditioning turned off whenever I left the room, as I was only given one key card – which made coming back to a hot room uncomfortable. With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

This place far exceeded our expectations. We liked it so much we joked about how could we live here permanently? The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic but beyond all that it was the staff itself and their dedication to service that really Made this place stand out. The staff was second to none! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great hotel if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, yet in a quiet area. The facilities are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern. The place is super friendly, nice, and helpful, breakfast offers and laundry available. The place was inside the old town. Highly recommended place to stay when you want to visit Hoi An. I am definitely come back next year and many more years. Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, hiện đại, và thân thiện. This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Hoi An making it a walkable distance to almost all attractions or just a short drive. Staff is friendly and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast has a great selection from authentic vietnamese food to western food.

Property looks much nicer on the exterior but rooms are just okay. There was some mold build up in the shower. Also the water heater for the shower must’ve been broken because the water temperature stayed lukewarm and did not get any warmer than that. They used a heavy lemongrass aroma to mask the musky smell in the room but it was pretty apparent the next day after the fragrance wore away. Breakfast was decent. Pros are the warm and friendly service, convenient location, cheap cost. Definitely a no frills hotel.
