Nice but wouldn’t go back

Hotel and food were great! Only issues is there is basically a nightclub directly next to the hotel so it is super loud at night until very late and since it’s an old building you can literally hear everything above and adjacent to your room (conversations, walking in heels, water running, etc). Also, only one server at the entire restaurant every morning so super slow.

The atmosphere was great and the room service staff were friendly, which we really appreciated. However, we booked a suite to accommodate two adults and three kids, expecting the extra space and sleeping option with the fold-out couch. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was unusable—the mattress was very poor quality, there were no sheets provided, and the only blanket available was a thin one crumpled in the closet. No one was able to sleep on it, so we could have just booked a standard room with two beds and had the same result. One other issue: the bathroom's industrial-style design left the plumbing exposed, and after using the shower, condensation caused brown particles to drip from the pipes. It would help if these were regularly wiped down or maintained.

Daily Resort fee, since it’s not really a resort is my only negative feedback. There were no bonuses outside of what a normal hotel would offer and construction was happening which seems like an automatic reason to cancel that fee to your guests.

Very nice hotel friendly staff as well however i didnt relaixe it was more of a modern vibe young people loud music right across at the bar and grill and not too kids friendly. Great place for friends to hang out maybe a bachlor party or something like that. But that was on me.

Boutique hotel with industrial warehouse vibe. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Lobby is fun with various games and rooftop pool was very enjoyable. The staff was not very friendly but not uncomfortably rude either, just not what I would have expected at a small boutique hotel.

Overall the staff and hotel were great. However, The room i stayed in had a banging nose in the exterior wall that was constant day and night. Not sure if is was a result of the exterior doors or just being a 100 year old building. But made it very hard to sleep. Similarly, there is a night club right across the alley that was playing loud hip hop music until midnight. Almost no sound buffering between the club and my room. The hotel does provide a noise machine in the room, but it did not overcome the banging or the music.
