I stayed at Comfort Suites with a group, and overall we had a great experience. When I first arrived, the AC in my room wasn’t cooling properly, but the front desk quickly helped by suggesting I use the window controls instead of the wall unit—problem solved. The next morning, maintenance even stopped by to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the housekeeping staff was just as helpful when I needed a towel replaced. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and nicely refreshed. The bathtub was almost hot-tub sized, and it felt wonderful to soak in it after a long day of travel.

The shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. The main reason we chose this hotel is because it has an airport shuttle. When we were checked in we were told we cannot use the shuttle to return to the airport as there are no more spots. There is only one run per hour. Room was fine, as described.
