The maintenance staff was extremely helpful. I was given a room that did not have a working card reader. I had to call maintenance every time I left the room to be let back in. The front desk person who checked me in said they were fully booked so they could not move me to another room, but the following day after check out, I would be able to get a different room. The day shift check in desk denied my request for a new room the following day. I was exhausted from travel and countless flight delays so I didn’t fight it. My child and I made a great weekend out of being stuck in an unknown city for 3 days but it would’ve been nice to not be an inconvenience to the front desk multiple times a day to ask for someone to let us in our room.

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. Desk staff was friendly and we had a drink at the bar and enjoyed that. Did not have breakfast as we had to leave early. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay here again. Super close to airport.
